Harbormaster/Marina Manager:  Full Time (Seasonal)The Harbormaster (Manager) is responsible for overseeing a 43-slip private marina covering all aspects to manage the Ephraim Yacht Harbor’s (EYH) daily operations, including customer service, facility upkeep, employee supervision of seasonal Dockmasters, scheduling, and financial administration. As a working manager, this individual will supervise staff and contractors while also performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient marina operations. Responsibilities also include fostering positive customer relationships to deliver the highest standard of service and uphold the Ephraim Yacht Harbor experience. This role encompasses spring setup May 1st through fall closing though Oct 15th.
